Carrie Vanston and her team help individuals and organizations maximize purpose and connection to create happier people, better performance,  and greater profit with a strong view to the future. She is a consummate connector who enjoys bringing people together to connect, collaborate, and grow through speaking, consulting, executive coaching, and facilitation.  She is developer of “Five Keys to an Engaged & Innovative Culture” and co-author of the award-winning book MINITRENDS: How Innovators & Entrepreneurs Discover & Profit From Business & Technology Trends. Her Five Keys feature placed #4 in the “Top 10 Articles of 2015” in Texas CEO Magazine.
 
The Five Keys provides a pathway to strong individual and organizational purpose and a caring and sustainable business culture. The book is a "how-to" on finding new ideas and running with them. Combining culture and innovation gives Carrie and her expert staff and partners the unique tools for  strengthening connections and encouraging foresight, development, and collaboration. As an executive coach, she helps individuals connect with their intentions for powerful and sustainable results.

Carrie has strong media, marketing, and social media skills developed as Vice President of Communications at parent company, Technology Futures, Inc. She directed TFI’s popular MiniTrends Conference Series for three years with 50+ top leaders with the themes “The Integration of Profit & Social Responsibility,” “Insight, Innovation & Strategy,” and “Translating Emerging Trends into Business Opportunities.” 

She enjoys speaking on creating and growing successful businesses with engaged and innovative cultures.  Presentations  include IEEE CTCN; WorldFuture 2015; Morgan Stanley’s Investing with Impact Conference; WorldFutures 2014 and 2013 Master Courses; World Affairs Council; RISE Conference; BiG AUSTIN’S Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development – Latin America Regional Project and Women in Technology Multi-Regional Project; Product Camp; The University of Texas’ SAGE Program; TFI Technology Forecasting for Valuation Conference; West Point Society; Multicultural International Festival;and Central Texas World Future Society.
 
Carrie is on the President Advisory Group and Austin Chapter Leadership Team at Academy of Culture Ambassadors, an organization dedicated to increasing kindness in the workplace. She is also active in a number of other like-minded organizations. She loves to dance, travel, and spend time with her two children. She has course work at UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Texas at Austin.
